Terms of Service (Trading & Liability)

1. We Are a Listing Platform Only

This platform allows users to list, browse, and communicate about game accounts and items for trade. We do not process payments, hold funds, verify account ownership, or guarantee the outcome of any trade. All trades are conducted directly between users, at their own risk.

2. No Liability for Trades

We are not responsible for:

• Scams, fraud, or non-delivery by any user
• Accounts that are banned, suspended, or reclaimed by the game publisher after a trade
• Payment disputes, chargebacks, or losses of any kind arising from a trade
• The accuracy of any listing, including item descriptions, screenshots, or claims of ownership

By using this platform, you accept that any transaction carries risk, and you agree to hold the platform harmless from any losses connected to trades made through it.

3. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

• Verifying the other party's legitimacy before trading
• Choosing a payment method with appropriate protections
• Complying with the terms of service of any game or platform referenced in a listing (many publishers prohibit account trading; you trade at your own risk with respect to those terms)

4. Prohibited Conduct

The following will result in listing removal and may result in account suspension:

• Fraudulent listings or impersonation
• Listings for stolen accounts or items
• Attempts to solicit payment methods without buyer protection after being warned
• Harassment or abusive behavior toward other users

5. Reporting

Users can report suspicious listings or behavior. We reserve the right to remove listings or suspend accounts at our discretion, but we are not obligated to investigate, mediate, or resolve disputes between users.

6. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use this platform.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
